Under what circumstances are returns accepted and refunds offered?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A receipt is required for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Refunds are issued and will be processed when the original product is returned in its original condition, with original packaging, and receipt within 30 days of its purchase.
Our products are nearly Indestructible and designed to be scraped against the ground but if there is a manufacturing defect an exchange can be made and In this case, only, will Dirt Rake cover return shipping.
How to request a return/refund
Contact Dirt rake at info@dirtrake.com to request a return.
In your email include:
- The reason for the return request
- Original receipt
- Order number
- Photos of the defective product
Customer service will get back to you within 24 hours to either begin processing your return or let you know why your return couldn't be accepted.
Shipping
Due to the nature of our products and required freight shipping Dirt Rake does not cover return shipping costs. If your return is accepted the purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping to Dirt Rake, besides in the case of a manufacturing defect, in which case Dirt Rake will recover return shipping.

When you can expect your refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, at this time your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Expect your refund to appear in your account within 5-7 days. If you haven't received your refund please contact your bank.
